Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs and services offered by Lakshya Leadership Education Software Pvt. Ltd. ("LakshyaGuru.in", "Company", "we", "our", "us") through our website, workshops, and digital platforms.

1. Free Workshop

The राम बाण — समस्यायें अनेक — समाधान सिर्फ एक ☝ workshop is offered free of charge. No payment is required, and therefore no refund applies. You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting us.

2. Paid Programs — No Refund Policy

All sales of paid programs are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made.

This applies to the following programs:

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future access to program content but will not result in a refund. Any remaining program access will continue until the end of the current program period.

4. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in incorrect charges), please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
